Tools and Parts opened in Greenville, SC in 1976. Since then we have associated
ourselves with vendor partners that provide reliable, durable, high quality
systems that improve your package, protect your product, and increase your
profits by reducing damage and improving productivity.
The Strapping Tools and Parts division carries a complete range of strapping,
strapping tools and strapping machines. Signode, Fromm, MIP, Polychem and
Samuels are just a few of the manufacturers that we offer. We can help you
design your packaging line, furnish you with the best machines and equipment,
as well as provide excellent service after the sale.
The IPS Services division consists of factory trained technicians, available
24 hours a day,
seven days a week. Whether your operation requires hand tools or power strapping
equipment, we will keep your operation up and running with quality products,
replacement parts and service when you need it. We  carry
all of the parts and tools needed to utilize our machines. Our “We
work when you work” motto helps you to eliminate costly down time and
delays to your customers. Our technicians assist with installation and startup
for your new and used equipment. They can provide technical training for
your maintenance staff, as well as training your production personnel. Our
service vans are fully stocked with the parts needed to support the equipment
we sell, and if by chance a part is not immediately available, we have a
system in place to have them by the next day.
