We offer a variety of steel strapping seals including thread-on seals, nest-stack seals, snap-on seals, push seals, open-flange seals, and micro-grip seals. Steel strapping seals are designed to eliminate pre-threading while providing maximum holding power to the strapped product.
The five seal types are:
Snap-on: placed over overlapping strap ends, eliminating pre-threading.
Thread-on: must be threaded over the overlapping strap ends before tensioning, for bales/bundles and larger strap sizes.
Open-Flange: heavy duty snap ons, and require no pre-threading.
Push: used when strap is tensioned by butting the tensioner against the seal, withstands higher stress.
Nest-stack: are held together by locking nibs. Allows seals to be loaded into magazines of combination tools and strapping machines.
Micro-grip: coated inside with high friction grit which will bite through strapping wax for severe impact situations.
